Artist´s Statement

My Art is all about Drawing. I work mainly in pencil and graphite out of preference though I am happy to work in other media when it feels right to do so. I find drawing the most natural way to explore what interests me, what I like and how I can improve.

I am currently pre-occupied with movement: physical movement, migration, change. I’m interested in trying to convey those things with just pencil and paper and a bit of spray-paint.

I am trying to understand big things in a simple way – I think that’s what drawing is all about.
